Heather Smith has been a member of PTWOI since 2019. Now walking boldly in her call to ministry, she serves on both the Apostle Thrive auxiliary and Hospitality Team. She lives in New Castle with her husband, Deacon Bobby Carter, and their two dogs. Heather is passionate about prayer, people, and creating welcoming spaces for worship.
